2. Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Tinkering Verse, we strive to deliver high-quality STEM education services, robotics kits, teacher training programs, and lab setup solutions. We understand that sometimes plans change. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds and cancellations.

2.1 Products & Physical Goods

For robotics kits, STEM learning materials, and other physical products:

Return Process

• Contact us at connect@tinkeringverse.com with your order details and reason for return.
• We will provide return shipping instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.

2.2 Services & Training Programs

For teacher training programs, workshops, lab setup services, and curriculum development services:

• Cancellation: Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled service date are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled service date will incur a 25% cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service date are non-refundable.
• Rescheduling: We allow one free reschedule request made at least 72 hours in advance. Additional reschedules may incur a fee.

2.3 Digital Products & E-Content

• Digital products (e-books, digital lesson plans, online course materials) are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed.
• Subscription-based digital content may be cancelled at any time. Refunds are prorated based on unused subscription time.

2.4 Events & Competitions

• Registration fees for events, hackathons, science fairs, and competitions are non-refundable within 14 days of the event date.
• Ticket transfers to another participant are allowed with at least 72 hours notice.
